We prepare our food daily, Package and deliver hot lunches to each school campus Duties Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and packaging are delivered consistently. Lead and train kitchen staff on food safety protocols, proper food handling, and operational procedures to foster a high-performing team. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety management and sanitation standards. Conduct regular quality checks on food production Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a background in food preparation and cooking. Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures. Experience in managing kitchen operations including shift management, budgeting, and cost control. Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage team dynamics. Previous assistant manager or managerial experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable. Ability to multitask Basic math skills for inventory counting, portioning, and financial analysis.
