Food & Beverage Director Miramar Lake Club | Thousand Oaks, CA Full-Time | On-Site Miramar Lake Club, a private golf and social club newly reimagined under Caruso, is seeking an accomplished Food & Beverage Director to lead the opening and ongoing performance of its dining and beverage operations. This visible, hands-on leader will oversee multiple service environments—including full-service and casual dining, poolside and golf-course service, beverage programming, and private and member events. The role combines gracious hospitality with operational discipline, financial leadership, team development, and an unwavering focus on the member experience.
Ideal candidates will bring:
5+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in luxury hospitality, including at least 3 years in senior leadership Experience leading multiple outlets in a private club, resort, luxury hotel, acclaimed restaurant, or comparable environment Strong budgeting, forecasting, labor, inventory, cost-control, and P&L capabilities A successful record of building and developing high-performing hospitality teams Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events A bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered. Required food-safety and responsible beverage-service certifications must be obtained and maintained.
Compensation:
$100,000 annual salary, plus an annual discretionary bonus and a full medical benefits package. Eligibility and plan terms apply.
