Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to maintain optimal supplies Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Skills and Qualifications:
