In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily front-of-house activities, expedite oder fulfilment, help improve processes, coordinate team efforts, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help foster a memorable dining experience for all visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival. Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Manage waitlists, monitor table status, and communicate effectively with the dining team to ensure timely service. Supervise all staff, providing guidance on customer service, ensure cleanliness, food safety protocols, and POS system operation. Qualifications Previous experience as a host or hostess in a busy restaurant environment is required; supervisory experience is a plus. Experience of Toast POS is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and in person. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Familiarity with food safety standards, cleaning and sanitation practices essential. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
