Hiring Service Manager Buck's Place Buck's Place is a small, locally owned restaurant 10 minutes from downtown Sonoma. We focus on pizza, salads, appetizers, craft beer, cocktails, and wine. We are looking for a positive, self motivated, team player who enjoys hospitality to join our small staff and oversee staff. Buck's is a true neighborhood restaurant that caters heavily to the local community and prides itself on returning customers and local families. www.bucks-place.com Job Summary Oversee, direct, and coordinate restaurant staff in achieving objectives in sales, costs, food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and guest services and satisfaction. - Step into service roles in order to assist the team

- Must Be 21 years of age or older
- 2 or more years of front-of-the-house operations and/or experience as an assistant managerin the service or food and beverage industry
- Able to understand and speak using the predominant language(s) of guests
- Excellent basic mathematical skills
- Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Stamina and availability to work 40 hours per week
- Available to work Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays as well as evenings Details
