Tiller's Restaurant Supervisor Compensation:

Success in this role is measured by service execution, associate engagement, and overall guest experience, along with the timely completion of daily and assigned operational tasks. Responsibilities Perform all restaurant duties as needed to support daily operations Execute and uphold White Lodging Way ("WLW") procedures Implement WLW training and certification materials Maintain WLW Look Books and shift side work checklists Prepare restaurant for each shift following WLW scenography guidelines Ensure associates follow the WLW Pledge and company handbook policies Monitor service standards and dining times throughout each shift Support associates with a hands-on leadership approach Manage seating rotation and capacity to ensure smooth and equitable service flow Understand departmental goals and execute action plans to achieve them Create associate schedules based on weekly forecasts and staffing guides Maintain and submit required associate documentation in a timely manner Conduct REX and RAP performance discussions for assigned associates Monitor operational procedures and make adjustments as needed to deliver the best possible guest and associate experience Competencies Training & Development Organization & Planning Team Building Customer Focus Accountability Skills Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Micros POS Education & Experience College degree preferred Previous experience in a training or leadership role required Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred Working Conditions Lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds Push or pull up to 50-100 pounds Physical activity may include approximately: Sitting (10%) Walking (40%) Standing (30%) Bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing (20%) Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments White Lodging is an equal opportunity employer.
