As an Area Leader, you will be responsible for all restaurant operations in your designated area. As an ARL, you will directly supervise General Managers, enforce operational standards, and ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage ~5 restaurant locations. Directly supervise ~5 General Managers. Enforce company operations by completing weekly store visits. Ensure exceptional customer service and food quality. Train and develop management and team members to reach their full potential. Review daily metrics to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for the food and beverage industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to assist stores when needed. Experience in managing P&Ls, labor, and inventory Flexibility to travel frequently within the market
