As a Shift Supervisor , you'll be a key leader in the café. You'll help lead the team, support daily operations, create an exceptional guest experience, and keep the café running smoothly from open to close. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach, develop, and motivate your team while jumping in wherever you're needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Shift Supervisor, you will: Lead the café team during your assigned shift and help create a positive, energetic environment. Coach and develop team members through hands-on leadership and real-time feedback. Help drive strong café performance by maintaining excellent service, quality, and operational standards. Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensure team members follow Panera standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and guest service. Help create an exceptional guest experience by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Support staffing, training, and team development. Help maintain appropriate labor and operational controls throughout the shift. Lead by example and remain actively involved in café operations. Help create a welcoming, inclusive team culture where people enjoy working and growing together.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a motivated leader who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their restaurant career.

Ideal candidates will have:

2+ years of experience in fast casual, full-service restaurant, hospitality, or a related industry preferred. Previous leadership, supervisory, training, or team-lead experience. A passion for developing and motivating others. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to create a positive, team-oriented environment. Hands-on experience with both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The ability to remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment. A consistent and reliable work history. A willingness to lead from the front and jump in wherever needed. Minimum age of 18.
