This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting the team around them. We are not looking for someone to simply "run shifts." We are looking for someone who can help maintain standards, support the management team, and keep operations moving at a high level. Responsibilities Lead FOH operations during assigned shifts Support servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and food runners Ensure strong guest experience and quick issue resolution Assist with floor positioning and shift execution Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards Monitor ticket flow and communication with the kitchen Assist with training and coaching team members Help ensure policies, procedures, and food safety standards are followed Support opening and closing responsibilities Step into operational gaps as needed during busy periods Qualifications Restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm and organized in high-volume environments Team-first mentality with strong work ethic Nights, weekends, and holidays required Ability to lead respectfully while holding standards accountable What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Growth potential within a growing restaurant group Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Leadership development opportunities If you are dependable, driven, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in hospitality and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
