• Directs personnel pre instructions and production schedules, bills of lading or other documentation.
• Verifies finished products on a regular basis with inventory control clerk.
• Utilized the SAP system in a proper manner to closing orders and printing invoices.
• Assist ICC with cycle counting in the cooler and check for FIFO.
• Using the loading sheets provided, pull the product from the racks, re-palletize as necessary, stage the load, and load it properly into the truck.
• Performs vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure proper product rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations required. Preferably within a food manufacturing environment. With 2 years in a Lead capacity or 4 years as a Lead in a manufacturing environment required.

• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Computer skills
• Good Math Skills
• Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA and AIB
• Able to perform simple analysis.
• Be able to lift, pull and push at least 50 Lbs.
• Be able to walk long distances and to be on his/her feet for long periods of time.
• Able to work in dusty, noisy, hot, cold, and small areas.
