Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Shift Lead to help lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, with a focus on food customer service and team leadership. This role requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Oversee shift restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards Assist with staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction Perform regular inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure stock availability Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction management Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment Experience Proven experience in the food service industry Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with quick service & fast food environments as well as fine dining experiences is preferred Experience with inventory control Excellent leadership skills Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills Background in hospitality is advantageous Previous experience in shift management highly desirable Join our team as we strive to create memorable dining experiences while fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
