Revival is currently seeking a full-time Cafe Supervisor for our Davis location to support and develop cafe staff, and foster inclusive relationships with all team members, vendors, and guests. This person will work directly with a team of 5-6 staff to tackle everyday operational procedures, with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, industry standards, and knowledge! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and natural leader, with extensive cafe or restaurant experience. You will work hand-in-hand with the Cafe Managers to train new team members, keep staff up to speed with new offerings, maintain a clean and presentable cafe, and engage with the community and neighborhood with genuine hospitality.
