Role:
As a Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational success and customer satisfaction of the restaurant. You will lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional food quality and service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your leadership will directly impact sales growth, team development, and overall guest experience. You will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and engage a team. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Valid Drivers License Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of Restaurant Management Experience Experience working with Wingstop or similar quick-service restaurant brands. Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing budgets. Certification in food safety or restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support restaurant team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. Coach and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals. Collaborate with management to implement marketing initiatives and drive sales growth while maintaining cost controls.
