The Quick Service Team Leader will: Provide outstanding customer service Ensure that food quality meets and/or exceeds University Dining's and franchise standards Assign daily tasks and assignments to student workers and staff during their shift Oversee work in kitchen, dish room, and/or dining area Train student workers and staff on recipes, production processes, and University dining standards Perform all tasks in all areas/functions, such as; setting up, closing down stations, food production, restocking, daily food prep, cashiering, taking inventory food waste management, cleaning and monitoring food quality Troubleshoot and solve concerns directly with customers as they arise This position is considered essential and schedule may include weekend, evening, or early morning shifts.
