Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee marketing strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and utilize cutting-edge tools to enhance our market presence. The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for developing innovative marketing solutions that align with company goals, leveraging skills in SEO, social media marketing, advertising sales, and analytics to maximize outreach and engagement. Job Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Promotions Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic. Plan and implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and partnership campaigns to boost sales performance. Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance data. 2. Product & Tableware Selection Select and optimize food packaging, tableware, and related materials in alignment with the brand positioning. Collaborate with operations and suppliers to enhance customer experience while maintaining a consistent brand image. Evaluate new products and materials for functionality, aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency. 3. New Project Development Participate in the planning and execution of new brands, new store openings, and special marketing projects. Develop grand opening marketing plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launches. Support project implementation from concept through execution and post-launch evaluation. 4. Market Research & Analysis Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences. Analyze market data and customer insights to support product innovation and marketing decisions. Provide actionable recommendations to improve brand competitiveness and business performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, brand promotion, or related roles; experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, especially multi-unit or chain operations, is preferred. Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, with proven experience in campaign planning and execution. Excellent market research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies based on data and consumer insights. Experience in product selection, packaging development, tableware sourcing, or cross-functional collaboration with suppliers is a plus. Highly responsible, execution-oriented, innovative, and results-driven, with strong project management and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
