Job Summary Deliver exceptional guest service by managing daily outlet operations, leading and training staff, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Engage professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments to foster positive interactions and seamless service delivery
Recommend and upsell specialty products to guests to increase sales and enhance guest experience
Manage ordering, inventory, stationery, and stock control for daily outlet operations to ensure availability and reduce waste
Inspect tables, glassware, and service stations for cleanliness, damage, and equipment functionality to maintain high hygiene standards
Present bills and process guest payments accurately using the Food & Beverage Operational System (POS)
Train outlet staff on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures to maintain consistent quality
Ensure the service team complies with company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards
Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
Complete handover, closing, and opening procedures for each shift to ensure smooth transitions
Maintain outlet cleanliness throughout operating hours to provide a welcoming environment
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and presentation standards for food and drinks to support staff and guests
Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager and Operations Director to support outlet operations Required competencies and certifications Prior experience in Food & Beverage to effectively manage outlet operations and guest service
Ability to operate Food & Beverage Operational System (POS) to process guest transactions accurately
Capability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required for operational coverage Preferred competencies and qualifications Interest in service to deliver attentive and guest-focused experiences
Proactive approach to anticipate and address operational needs and guest requests
Strong time and task management skills to prioritize duties and meet operational demands
