Floor Manager Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of efficiency.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on the restaurant floor
• Manage and lead a team of staff members, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
• Ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly
• Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels
• Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to uphold quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service timing and quality
• Handle shift management duties, including opening and closing procedures

Experience:

• Proven experience in banquet or restaurant management is required
• Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of quick service fast food operations
• Proficiency in inventory control and familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team with excellent leadership skills
