Are you an experienced HVAC professional with leadership skills and a passion for troubleshooting? We're seeking an HVAC Repair Line Leader to oversee our repair line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll lead a team of technicians, diagnose complex HVAC issues, support production, and ensure every unit meets the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead daily operations of the HVAC repair line to meet production and quality goals Supervise, coach, and support a team of HVAC Technicians Troubleshoot and repair PTAC and HVAC units, serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues Interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings Oversee unit modifications, including: Control board installations Electric heat additions Backup heat wiring Thermostat integrations Coordinate startup and testing of HVAC units for customer installations Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, service calls, modifications, and startups Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve processes Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards Assist with workflow planning, staffing priorities, and production scheduling Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience Strong knowledge of PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) systems Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical HVAC systems Previous manufacturing or production environment experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience using hand and power tools Ability to lift HVAC equipment and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Preferred Skills Strong leadership and coaching abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Computer proficiency and documentation experience Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards Commitment to continuous improvement and team success Why Join Us? Pay Details:
$28.00 to $38.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
