This is a step up for a strong shift lead, bartender, or server who's ready to run the floor. You'll open and close the building, direct the team during service, and keep the guest experience sharp from the door to the last ticket. You'll have real responsibility from day one — without being handed the discipline and paperwork side of management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Open and close the restaurant, including checklists, security, and shift readiness Lead shifts and direct hourly staff across front and back of house Keep ticket times, food quality, and cleanliness where they need to be Handle cash duties — drawers, checkouts, and tip distribution Train new hires by setting the example Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards Jump into any position when the team needs support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Restaurant or hospitality experience required; shift lead experience preferred Calm under pressure and able to prioritize when it gets busy Someone the team respects and wants to work for Spanish is a plus Able to be on your feet for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs Must obtain required food safety and alcohol service certifications
