Job Overview Shift Leadership Lead the team during assigned shifts Assign tasks and manage workflow during service Ensure opening, mid-shift, or closing duties are completed properly Step in to resolve basic issues during the shift Customer Service Deliver excellent customer service Address customer concerns promptly and professionally Maintain a positive and welcoming environment Operations & Standards Ensure drink quality, food handling, and speed of service Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift Follow health, safety, and company procedures Team Support Assist in training new team members Coach baristas on procedures and performance Model professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork Communication Communicate shift updates, shortages, or issues to management Ensure accurate handoff between shifts
