Multiple Seoul Bowl Locations Position Summary The Rotating Team Lead supports Seoul Bowl locations based on operational and staffing needs. Unlike a Team Lead assigned to one store, this position may work at different Seoul Bowl locations throughout the week. The Rotating Team Lead is expected to quickly adapt to each store, lead the team during the assigned shift, maintain Seoul Bowl standards, and help ensure smooth operations even when regular store leadership is unavailable. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, flexible, comfortable working with different teams, and capable of independently running a restaurant shift. Key Responsibilities Shift Leadership Lead and supervise the restaurant team during assigned shifts. Assign stations, breaks, cleaning duties, prep tasks, and closing/opening responsibilities. Make sure employees are following Seoul Bowl recipes, portion standards, and operating procedures. Maintain a productive and professional work environment. Step into any position when needed, including cashier, line, prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and customer service. Handle employee questions and basic operational issues during the shift. Escalate serious employee, customer, equipment, or operational issues to management. Rotating Store Support Work at different Seoul Bowl locations based on the weekly schedule and business needs. Provide coverage for manager or Shift Lead absences, call-outs, vacations, or staffing shortages. Support stores that need temporary additional leadership. Learn the layout, equipment, staffing structure, and operational needs of each assigned location. Maintain the same Seoul Bowl standards regardless of which location is assigned. Communicate important store-specific issues to the appropriate manager. Food Quality & Food Safety Ensure food is prepared according to Seoul Bowl recipes and portion standards. Monitor food temperatures and proper food storage. Ensure employees follow proper handwashing, glove use, sanitation, and cross-contamination procedures. Make sure temperature logs and other required food-safety records are completed. Maintain clean food preparation, service, and storage areas. Immediately report food-safety concerns to management. Inventory & Product Control Monitor product levels during the shift. Communicate shortages or unusually high product usage. Help prevent unnecessary food waste and over-portioning. Verify proper storage, labeling, rotation, and organization of products. Assist with inventory counts, receiving, or supply organization when requested. Customer Service Maintain a friendly and professional customer experience. Resolve normal customer concerns or order issues. Handle refunds, remakes, or service recovery according to company policy. Escalate significant customer complaints when necessary. Maintain fast and accurate service during busy periods. Communication & Reporting Communicate shift issues clearly with Store Managers and Operations Management. Report staffing problems, product shortages, equipment issues, customer incidents, and other significant events. Provide useful shift handoff information to the next manager or Shift Lead. Follow company communication procedures, including designated Slack channels or other company systems. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred. Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, or Management experience preferred. Ability to independently lead a restaurant shift. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable giving employees direction and holding team members accountable to company standards. Able to work effectively with different teams and management styles. Ability to learn and follow Seoul Bowl recipes, procedures, and operating standards. Valid Washington State Food Worker Card required. Reliable transportation between assigned Seoul Bowl locations is strongly preferred. Scheduling & Flexibility Because this is a rotating position : The employee may be scheduled at different Seoul Bowl locations. Work location may change from week to week based on operational needs. Availability during weekends, evenings, and peak restaurant hours may be required. Emergency coverage at another location may occasionally be requested. The employee is responsible for reviewing their schedule and confirming the assigned location before each shift. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods. Lifting and carrying restaurant products and supplies. Working around hot equipment, fryers, grills, refrigeration, and food-preparation equipment. Repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and cleaning activities. Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Eligible for Gas reimbursement Eligible for performance bonus The primary goal of the Rotating Shift Lead is to provide reliable leadership wherever the company needs support while maintaining consistent Seoul Bowl operational standards at every location.
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
