We're looking for a dependable, guest-focused leader who can support daily operations, guide the team during shifts, and help maintain the high standards Cinnabon is known for. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives during busy periods, and takes pride in teamwork, cleanliness, and great service. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the team during assigned shifts Provide friendly, energetic customer service and set the tone for the bakery Operate the cash register and ensure accurate cash handling Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed Maintain bakery cleanliness, organization, and product presentation Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards are consistently followed Coach and support crew members to achieve daily goals Communicate effectively with management regarding operations and team needs Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in quick-service restaurants, retail, or food service is required Experience leading or supervising a small team strongly preferred Comfortable handling cash and basic math Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong time management and multitasking skills Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm during peak business hours Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Schedule & Availability Night and weekend availability required Day shift availability preferred Full-time and part-time opportunities available Benefits Employee discount Flexible scheduling Paid training Opportunity to grow within the company
