We are a new, fast-growing company looking to open/develop multiple Jersey Mike's units over the upcoming months/years. We are in search of top-quality candidates, who are looking to join a solid team of people! We are actively hiring for crew member positions and shift lead positions, and will soon be searching for management for the next location. Our ideal candidate is someone who excels in customer service, able to carry a conversation with a high-volume of customers, while also delivering the highest-quality product possible! Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Work in a fast-paced & team driven atmosphere Can be self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly Possess general cleanliness and organizational skills Ability to learn new skills quickly Thrives in the Jersey Mike's culture & process Confidence and a good attitude! Can follow and adhere to corporate/store required procedures, rules, & regulations Basic food prep; washing/handling produce, baking/handling bread, baking/bagging desert items, etc. Topping sandwiches to order, in front of guests, quickly and efficiently Maintaining a spotless and clean restaurant-environment for our guests The ability to take an order over the phone, and write a kitchen-ticket, once taught Strong organizational skills regarding 3rd party delivery; will be willing to provide additional compensation ($) for a shift lead with applicable 3rd party delivery experience. The main thing we are looking for, is someone who is willing to work while providing solid customer service, in a high-energy & fast-paced work environment! Other Information

• Employees MUST be 18 or older to operate, touch, clean, or use the electric slicing units. Using these slicers is NOT a requirement to be employed, and you will not be excluded from the hiring process based on your age/ability to use the slicers.
