$65,000-$72,000, depending on experience (VERY STRONG benefits package, including MDV and 401k!) Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Travel Coordinator to join our client's team near Fairfield, CT. This is a fast-paced role that combines administrative support, high-volume travel coordination, payment tracking, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has advanced Excel skills, including the ability to confidently work with complex formulas and large amounts of data. This individual will coordinate travel on a daily basis for a high volume of employees and/or travelers, ensuring that arrangements are accurate, organized, cost-effective, and completed on schedule.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage high-volume domestic and some international travel on a daily basisArrange flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related logisticsManage frequent changes, cancellations, itinerary updates, and last-minute travel requestsServe as a key point of contact for travelers, providing responsive and professional customer serviceTrack travel-related expenses, payments, invoices, and outstanding balancesMaintain accurate records and reporting related to travel and administrative expensesUtilize advanced Excel functions and complex formulas to track, analyze, reconcile, and report dataCreate and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systemsMonitor deadlines and ensure all travel and payment-related items are completed accurately and on timeAssist with general administrative responsibilities and organizational projects as neededCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure a smooth travel experienceTravel approximately 1-2 times per year to assist with conventions and company eventsQualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative, travel coordination, operations, or similar roleAdvanced Excel proficiency is required (EXCEL
