As a Servicing Travel Advisor III on the Air Fulfillment Team, you will partner with clients to craft personalized itineraries, build lasting relationships, and deliver a premium level of service. Job responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and advise on destinations, transportation, travel dates, and accommodations Book air, hotel, and transportation reservations and process payments using Sabre GDS Remediate travel disruptions and issues rapidly, coordinating with vendors to ensure client expectations are met Stay current on tourism trends, destinations, and product offerings by attending travel seminars and training Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5 years of experience with Sabre GDS, including creative faring, Phase IV, exchanges, queue monitoring, and Sabre scripts Proven experience as a travel agent with strong international booking expertise Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a demanding workload, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues independently Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with online booking tools Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Active participation in industry training, certifications, or supplier seminars Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
