Bilingual Travel Agent (English & Spanish) Excelsior Travel & Tours Inc. Houston, TX Full-Time | In-Person Join a Trusted Travel Agency with Over 35 Years of Success! Excelsior Travel & Tours has proudly served the Houston community for more than 35 years. We specialize in international airfare, cruises, all-inclusive vacations, guided tours, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Bilingual Travel Agent who enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career in the travel industry. What You'll Do Assist clients in planning unforgettable vacations and travel experiences. Book flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and travel insurance. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip. Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales. Stay informed about travel promotions and new destinations. Maintain accurate customer records and reservations. What We're Looking For Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Previous travel industry experience is a plus, but not required . Sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or other GDS systems is a plus but not required.
