Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and handle cash accurately while balancing registers at shift end Provide expert wine knowledge, cocktail experience, and spirits recommendations to elevate guest satisfaction Assist with food handling, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and maintaining a clean work environment in compliance with sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a memorable visit Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift4, Toast or Clover for processing sales transactions efficiently Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine selection, and food industry standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables seamlessly during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs effectively Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment!
