Paid positions available, with a focus on creating memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS & Future POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage service stations. Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine knowledge, or dietary restrictions with professionalism. Follow food safety protocols and proper food preparation procedures to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Experience Proven food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Future POS Demonstrated ability in beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in upselling techniques that boost sales while enhancing the guest experience. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
