Leadership Full Job Description Duties:

Setting Up :

Preparing the dining area before service, including arranging tables, setting utensils, and ensuring a clean environment.

Menu Knowledge :

Familiarizing yourself with the breakfast menu, including specials and dietary options, to provide accurate information to guests.

Taking Orders :

Greeting customers, explaining menu items, and taking their breakfast orders efficiently.

Serving Food and Drinks :

Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring orders are accurate and presented well.

Refilling Beverages :

Checking on guests regularly to refill coffee, juice, and other drinks as needed.

Cleaning Up :

Clearing tables after guests leave and resetting them for the next customers.

Handling Payments :

Processing payments, providing receipts, and managing cash or card transactions.

Customer Service :

Addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Collaborating with

Kitchen Staff :

Communicating with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation and addressing any special requests.

Experience:

Looking for highly motivated person with at least one year serving breakfast / lunch menu items - Experience in fast pace breakfast and lunch restaurant.
