Union Positions Require Open Shift Availability, this position specifically requires full evening availability! Ensures station and table set-ups are complete, replenished, and ready for service at the start of the shift and performs side duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team. (Buffing glassware, silverware, roll-ups, etc.) The Server will accurately take food & beverage orders and serve all food and beverage requests while utilizing a suggestive-selling technique and adhering to service timing standards. The server will pre-bus all tables throughout the guests dining service and ensure that tables are cleared upon the completion of the guests' service. The server is responsible for entering guest orders into the point-of-sale accurately, presenting guests with completed guest checks, and for securing/processing proper payment methods. Server is responsible for routinely ensuring that the guests experience is satisfactory and for initiating recoveries when presented with guest-issues. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and guest-service equipment. Where your skills help you make a difference.
