Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while managing multiple tables efficiently Assist with food preparation when necessary, demonstrating culinary experience and knowledge of food handling procedures Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Keep track of guest preferences to personalize service and foster repeat business Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Hospitality or culinary background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join our team where your passion for hospitality can shine!
