Full Job Description Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
