The Dragon Beaux Food Server is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking food/beverage orders, carrying out wine/beverage service, performing table maintenance, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards Provides prompt, efficient and friendly quality service to any and all guests of the restaurant. Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations. Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items. Serves all beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in food outlets.) Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. Busses tables in station and completes all side work. Assists restaurant host/hostess when required. Attends periodic meetings and training sessions. Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. Presents a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate licenses pursuant to California regulations. Servsafe Certified Is this position responsible for selling, serving or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority ? Yes Gaming License Required?
