Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick processing of sales transactions Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and safety in accordance with food handling regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable and other sales platforms Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing Culinary experience or food industry background preferred; knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety protocols essential Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, and drink service highly desirable Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a vibrant dining environment.
