Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server/3rd, where you will be the vital link in delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient beverage and food handling, and seamless transaction processing. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating beverage service expertise. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing via POS systems, and managing sales upselling opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols. Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Build rapport with guests through excellent customer service and guest relations skills, fostering repeat business and positive reviews. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (required) Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented with a positive attitude Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
