Job Description

Local family business is seeking a full time, dedicated, and dependable employee with a Class "A" drivers license. We are particularly interested in experienced, organized, and team-oriented individuals with a background in route delivery services within the food distribution industry. The ideal canidate will be responsible for operating local routes that allow drivers to return home daily. These routes typically involve multiple stops and require unloading and delivering eggs to customer locations using pallet jacks. The candidate will also be responsible for resolving service complaints when possible, issuing credit memos for products, returning products to the warehouse, and maintaining effective communication with transportation supervisors. Additionally, the candidate must perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require overtime, weekends, and holidays. The distribution center is located in Farmington. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage if top pay at $33/hr, plus benefits such as medical insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other perks. Perform Pre & Post trip inspections of equiptment. Must be able to work overtime, some weekends, and some holidays when needed. Must register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse Must be 21 years or older
