The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation practices. Assist in maintaining an organized work environment by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Manage cash register transactions accurately, processing payments swiftly. Qualifications Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create positive interactions. Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of culinary terms and food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to serving duties. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
