Bistro Server - Job Summary (Must be 21+ and Able to work am, pm and weekends) At Courtyard by Marriott, we are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Bistro Server to join our team. In this role, you will provide a welcoming and efficient food and beverage experience for our guests, ensuring high-quality service during breakfast, dinner, and bar hours. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering exceptional guest service. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive food and beverage service Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and alcoholic drinks as applicable Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and hotel amenities Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, dining, and service areas Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service Follow hotel procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards at all times Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred but not required Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests and creating a positive dining experience.
