As a Server, you will provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service while working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will take food and beverage orders, serve guests, maintain clean and organized tables, and work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. We are looking for dependable, energetic, and customer-focused team members who enjoy working with people and can stay positive and professional during busy shifts. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Enter orders correctly and communicate special requests or allergies to the kitchen Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests in a professional and courteous manner Provide menu recommendations and suggest additional food and beverage items when appropriate Process cash, credit card, and other payments accurately Handle guest checks and tips responsibly Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations Perform side work and cleaning duties before, during, and after shifts Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Work closely with kitchen staff, hosts, bussers, and managers to provide efficient service Communicate guest concerns or issues to management promptly Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance throughout the shift Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Comfortable using a POS system or willing to learn Ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, checks, and tips Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus Ability to remain calm and professional during busy shifts Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food and beverage trays Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For We value team members who are friendly, dependable, hardworking, and willing to help wherever needed.
