Training will begin the week of October 19th & October 26th, with regular shifts scheduled for the first week of November. The season runs from November 1st through the month of May. Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Food Servers to join our team in both a la carte and special event service. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and experience in hospitality environments. Prior experience with POS systems such as Club Essential POS, Aloha POS, Micros POS, etc. is highly desirable, along with a background in food handling, sanitation, and guest relations. This is a Non-Tipped position with a higher hourly rate. Chaparral Country Club provides a great workplace environment with no late nights and a very friendly membership who appreciates their staff. Health benefits are available after a 60-day waiting period, golf and other benefits begin immediately. The position is normally seasonal, though top performers may be asked to work year-round. The club is closed the entire month of August. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to member and guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance member & guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation, setup, and breakdown during shifts as needed. Assist in bussing tables efficiently by clearing dishes and resetting tables promptly. Engage with members & guests to foster positive relations and address any concerns or special requests. Support event setups for private functions or special occasions when required. Follow all sanitation, safety protocols, and restaurant policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; upscale casual a plus. Knowledge of POS systems preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards at all times. Mainly evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events or peak hours. No late nights (Sunday
