As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders on a handheld and over phone, serving and packing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Current languages staff speak are:

Chinese (Mandarin), Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog, Japanese, and Spanish. We are always looking for more. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting for new guests. Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in fast casual food service is preferred. Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours.
