Are you 21 or older? We are seeking a skilled Servers with Bar experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes and using proper techniques
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Assist with Event and Banquets
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Upsell additional products when appropriate to maximize sales
Experience:
- Previous bar experience prefered. Experience in a banquet setting a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with patrons
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and calculating change accurately
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Sales-oriented mindset to promote specials and increase revenue
