We are seeking a skilled experienced Server with Bar Experience, a positive can do attitude, team player to join our team. Men and Women are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

APPLICANT MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE

(40, 50, 60's encouraged to apply) Required a MINIMUM of one year proven restaurant serving experience Required MINIMUM of one year proven bar experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and with interruptions A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve non-alcohlic and alcoholic beverages to customers following standard recipes and using proper techniques
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Upsell additional products and LTO's when appropriate to maximize sales

Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age or older Bonus points for:
• Previous experience in a server and bartending role, in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in setting up Banquets and working Special Events a plus
• TIPS Certification
• Food Safety / ServSafe certificate This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Server with Bar experience.
