In this dynamic role, you will greet and seat guests with enthusiasm, deliver exceptional food and beverage service, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Your energy and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments while efficiently managing orders, processing transactions, and supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. Duties Take food and drink orders Serve food and drinks confidently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Demonstrated skills in beverage service, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting; strong organizational skills are essential Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
