We offer a happy and friendly work environment in Manchester, CT and are seeking a positive, upbeat Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and thrives in an independent work setting. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation:
0-1 year: $18.00-$19.00/hr. 2-3 years: $20.00-$21.00/hr. Pay based on experience in Customer Service, Medical Administration and Scheduling; qualifications, position, assigned responsibilities, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments either in person or over the phone Maintain patient's files abiding by HIPAA regulations Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance carriers Create invoices to bill insurance accurately and timely with attention to detail Delivering exceptional customer service to our amazing patients with friendliness, compassion, and enthusiasm Light cleaning, filing, and inventory management Requirements Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Outlook Ability to multi-task and stay organized required Experience with billing insurance preferred Experience scheduling in a software system preferred Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing required Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
