Job Description
Full-time and Part-Time positions are open! Our servers average $20 to $23 per hour combining a very competitive server rate of $12 + TIPS!!! Sift Bakery is looking for an energetic an positive front of house server for the bake shop front in Mystic, CT. Year-round availability is preferred, multiple shift opportunities available (morning, mid, and evenings). Weekends are a must! Servers are responsible for supporting the overall shift operations, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. Team members carry out responsibilities consistent with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all guests is paramount to our success which goes hand in hand with the uncompromising quality of all of our products which are made from scratch every day. Use of POS system is necessary (Toast experience a big +++).
