Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This is not a summer job. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle payments accurately while managing basic math calculations for checks. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively. Requirements Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is required. systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus but not required.
