Job Summary We are on the lookout for a reliable , responsible, friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Weekend Day Servers. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for our guests through attentive service and a welcoming attitude. Whether you're seasoned in food service or eager to grow your hospitality skills, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant team that values guest satisfaction and teamwork. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate orders using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Assist with food and beverage presentation, including opening tables via OpenTable and managing guest requests efficiently. Support food safety and sanitation standards by handling food properly and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth restaurant operations. Help with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and providing excellent guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale environments. Familiarity with POS systems Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to connect with diverse guests. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations is important. Experience with upselling techniques, guest services, and cash handling will be advantageous. A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional hospitality.
