What you'll do: Coordinate food from the kitchen to the dining room Ensure plates are accurate, complete, and properly presented Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly Keep the expo station organized and efficient Prepare and serve our signature mocktails Learn and manage our mocktail stations during service Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area Jump in wherever needed to support the team and provide a great guest experience We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented A strong communicator Friendly and guest-focused Comfortable multitasking in a busy restaurant A team player with a positive attitude Excited to learn our mocktail menu and service standards
