Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and tip handling Recommend menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktail mixing and beverage service, adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed Assist with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and maximize table turnover Engage with guests to foster positive relations and handle any concerns with professionalism and care Support team members in all aspects of service to create a cohesive, energetic environment that delights every guest Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently including wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial for supporting food prep or sanitation tasks Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Hospitality or guest relations experience is valued; serving or host/hostess background is helpful Passion for the food industry with a desire to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service Join us as a Server Team Member where your energy fuels unforgettable moments!
